Our entire reality is created from the present moment - just this, just here, just now. Sadly, most of us miss the present moment because we live our lives in distraction, running from task to task or rehashing the past or rehearsing the future. We are helplessly tossed around by the ups and downs of our emotions and the events of our lives and accept this as “normal”. However, when we understand the transformative, healing power of mindful awareness, we dramatically shift the experience of our lives, including our relationships, our work and our calling, and the world itself.
